Halloween CollageHalloween Carnival: Monday, October 29

School Halloween Parade at 9:00 am

During the carnival students will enjoy games, prizes, lunch and can purchase treats from the 8th grade bake sale booth.

Volunteers and visitors are welcome to attend, but must sign-in in the school office.

The office will recruit parent volunteers. If any parents wish to volunteer for a specific class booth or the school please sign up in the front office. To assign volunteers to specific stations and maintain order we will not be taking walk-in volunteers on the day of the event, so please sign up ahead of time.

The 8th grade class will sell lunch during our Halloween Festivities on Monday, October 29th. All are encouraged to preorder lunch in order to guarantee that their families receive food that day. Preorder forms are available in the office. All who wish to order are asked to complete and return the flyer with payment to the front office by Thursday, October 25th. Students are welcome to bring their own lunch or receive lunch from the school cafeteria on this day, however, we kindly ask that no outside food be brought to the event.

Costume Contest:

On Monday, October 29th each grade will have a costume contest on the plaza. Categories are: Cutest Costume, Most Original/Creative, Funniest Costume, Two of a kind (students who dress alike/best duo)/Best group. While younger siblings do not enter the contest, they are also invited to participate in their own parade.

Halloween Costumes:

As you prepare your children’s costumes, please remember we do not permit the following: short or revealing clothing (no halter tops, sleeveless shirts or spaghetti straps), bloody or gory costumes, nor weapons of any kind. Outfits with skirts must be 3.5 inches above the back of the knee or longer. Students who do not follow these guidelines will remain in the office until parents bring a change of clothes.
