How to Apply

Application packets are available in the school office between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 12:30 p.m. on Fridays, when school is in session. During summer months, please call the office at (323) 881-0001 to confirm office hours. The forms are also available via the website to print out.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are $200 per student.

Required Documents

Please submit the following completed forms:

  • Application packet – available in the school office
  • A copy of student birth certificate and social security card
  • Baptismal and/or First Communion certificates if applicable
  • A copy of most recent report card 
  • Immunization records

Transitional Kindergarten

Applicants should turn 5 years of age between September 1 and December 31.

Kindergarten

Applicants should be 5 years of age on or before September 1. Students that do not meet that requirement will be considered on an individual basis. Students are administered a Kindergarten entrance assessment to determine school readiness.

Acceptance

After application packet has been submitted and students have been tested, new families will sit in individual family appointments with the principal to sign the parent contract.  

The school office will be scheduling and coordinating those meetings. Space is limited and we encourage all parents to inquire as soon as possible. Please call 323-881-0001 for more information, or to schedule an appointment.
